# GOVERNANCE TOKEN

UnityCore Protocol Governance token is $UCORE. $UCORE will allow holders to vote on the decisions and direction of the protocol. Meaning that the primary purpose of $UCORE is for decentralize decision-making and to give holders a say in how this project is run. $UCORE token will be launched on a No. 1 Dex on core Chain (TBA) pending the mainet release of our protocol.
